Shipping Policy

Shipping is free, and the shipping method is chosen by Timon by default. While shipping is free, we will choose the economical and fast ways.

Our products typically ship out of their respective facilities 1-2 business days after you place your order. Then take between 3-7 business days in transit to arrive at your door (US: 2-5 business days; CA: 3-7 business days).

To streamline production, different products may ship from different facilities, meaning multi-product shipments may not always arrive together. Once your product ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. And the products you order will be sent from our warehouse.

We offer delivery tracking information to our customers, so customers can track the transit status online.

1st, please check the tracking link we provided to make sure your package is not in transit.

You have not received your package and five days have passed since the maximum estimated delivery date or the tracking shows a delivery confirmation, whichever is sooner. Note: We may require you to first contact us and either wait for a response or for 48 hours before you are eligible to request a refund.
